Working Dogs Project: Jags

Working Dogs Project: Jags

I met Jags in August as part of my Working Dogs Project.  He was living with a puppy raiser here in Guilford, and I happened to run into them while out and about.  I approached his “Mom” and told her about my photography project, and she happily agreed to be part of it.

Jags was just one week away from being sent to Guiding Eyes for the Blind for evaluation.  They will evaluate the dogs to determine if they should continue on with their training, or be “released” from the program.  If they are released, they may go back to their puppy raiser family, to another family, or maybe even to another job altogether.

Enjoy the sneak peek of such a beautiful and well behaved pup.  I can’t wait to show you the rest of the images!
