I am so honored to be a part of the Paws for Charity 2013 Coffee Table Book.  This book is full of Pet Photography and Art involving pets.  I am one of 90 participants from the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and England who have donated the use of their images for this year’s project. The proceeds from the sale of this book benefit Sheltering Helpless Animals In Distress (SHAID.ca), an animal shelter in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.

Since one of my pet photography goals for this year is to be published, I am beyond excited about this opportunity to show my work. Below is the photo that I submitted:

This photo was taken on Christmas Eve while out on a pre-snow storm walk. The man in the background is my Brother-in-law, Robert with his dog, Brew. Brew was found on the streets in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area thin, but otherwise in good condition. He is remarkeable dog with a fabulous temperament, and needless to say, very handsome.
