As some of you may know I am getting ready for a big display at the Guilford Library for the month of July. In order to have some fresh images to display I enlisted the help of my friend Samantha and we had a little doggie playdate/photoshoot. One of the dogs in attendance was Jeremy, a gorgeous Great Pyrenees rescue who was in foster care at the time with National Great Pyrenees Rescue. I took some photos of him and posted them on my Facebook page and his photo was shared and ended up on the news feed of a lovely woman named Gerri-Lynn. Gerri-Lynn said she fell in love with Jeremy after seeing his photos and immediately filled out an application to adopt him! But there was a snag, Gerri lives in California, and Jeremy is in Connecticut! The rescue does not normally place dogs in homes all the way across the country! A little thing like that was not going to stop Gerri. She is flying into Boston this Saturday to meet Jeremy and the people from the rescue, and will hopefully take Jeremy home with her on Sunday! I know that Jeremy is headed to a fabulous home with Gerri, and I couldn’t be happier to have played a part in these two meeting!
