I was so happy to be a part of the Animal Awareness Day last Sunday! Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we got a lot of rain and it turned cold. Despite the weather there was a considerable turnout and still a great event.

This is Lucky. What a total sweetheart – those eyes! To die for! He was great on the lead, a gentleman and really worked the crowd. He is available for adoption through the East Haven Animal Shelter. I doubt he will be there for long!

Sweet Jake, he belonged to one of the other vendors and what a gorgeous model! Hopefully I’ll see more of him soon!

Niki – a lovely little gal, a rescue who came to CT by way of Arkansas. She landed a great spot here and really lucked out!
